Charles Albert Johnson III was born eight pounds and five ounces at 8:20 a.m. on May 23rd, 1979 at the USAF Hospital Columbus at Columbus Air Force Base in northeast Mississippi. He is the son of Mr. Charles Albert Johnson, Jr. of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Mrs. Artimissi B. Johnson of West Point, Mississippi.

Charles Albert Johnson III was born again on Thursday night, April 15th, 1999 at the Apostolic Assembly of Jesus Christ in Starkville, Mississippi, under the Pastorate of District Elder Melvin H. Terry of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. He believed the preached gospel, repented of his sins, was baptized in water in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of his sins, and came up out of those waters of separation filled full of the Holy Ghost, speaking in other tongues as the Spirit of God gave utterance. He is the son of proud Father, Jesus Christ, who now dwells in him as the Holy Ghost. Now the son of Jesus, the King of Israel, Charles Albert Johnson III had become a prince of God. He was saved by grace through faith as evidenced in Acts 2:38.

Charles Albert Johnson III was living a life of sin with no concern for the spiritual until the night of November 23rd, 1998. It was then that he received a prophetic vision from the Lord Jesus, recorded faithfully in a poetic piece entitled 'REVELATION', and the voice of the Lord began to guide him to where he was supposed to be. This was occurring while in college at Mississippi State University in Starkville, Mississippi.

The spring semester of 1999 saw a changing man evolving into righteousness. The prophetic vision of that previous November sparked the beginning of a deep hunger for spiritual truth. This was the genesis of the truth seeker mentality in Charles Albert Johnson III. A man with a changed mind, he began to read the Scriptures consistently for the first time in his entire life. In March of that year, still uncommitted to any church, but desiring truth, he was witnessed to by then roommate Adrian Arnez Johnson and Adrian's then girlfriend Lori Lee Bailey concerning the Apostolic doctrine. Adrian and Lori were a young Apostolic couple at the time attending the Apostolic Assembly of Jesus Christ. The voice of the Lord that had led Charles Albert Johnson III thus far along the way was bearing witness to the truth spoken by this young man and woman.

"It was at their lips that I first heard the Apostolic doctrine and the Acts 2:38 plan of salvation, and after two meetings with their pastor, Elder Melvin H. Terry, I was born again on Thursday night, April 15th, 1999 after the weekly Bible class meeting.

I was called into the ministry of the New Covenant in Jesus Christ that following summer, and that following December I preached my first message.

From these humble and lowly beginnings, the spiritual journey continues..."
